What to do if WLAN connection problems occur?

Sometimes the most obvious reasons for faults are the most difficult to recognize. Please check the following questions in advance to make sure they are correct. You may be able to solve the problem yourself or your questions may be answered.

Is the WLAN function on the end device switched on?

Please check the settings in your device.

How many bars are displayed in the Wi-Fi icon on your device?

The WLAN symbol must show available network.

To your knowledge, are other users connected to the network?

If so, how did the connection work for them?

Which bandwidths are stored behind the respective accesses?

By default, all fee-based accesses are stored with up to 10 Mbit. Please note that these values are always dependent on the available Internet connection and the general load.

What happens to my data?

I don't have a credit card or Paypal. How can I still buy an account?

You can also buy a voucher with the access codes at reception.

Is there also free WLAN?

Yes - you get free access to the public areas of the campsite (restaurant, reception).

How can I prepare my device for WLAN use?

Instructions for deactivating private or random Mac addresses for Android and instructions for Apple products:

For Android devices: Open the Wi-Fi settings of your device When you see the name of the Wi-Fi network in the list, tap on the gear icon next to it. Next, tap on "Advanced". Then tap on "Privacy". Wähle dort "Geräte-MAC verwenden" auf die Funktion "aus". The settings may vary slightly depending on the Android version.

For Apple devices: Open the Settings app on the iPhone or iPad. Go to the "Wi-Fi" section. Tap on the "i" symbol next to a Wi-Fi entry. Press the "private Wi-Fi" address here to switch off the option for this network.
