The start of the coronavirus pandemic in 2020 made it clear to every successful player in the market how important digital offerings and contactless processes are. Le Méridien in Frankfurt, for example, responded with offerings that are simpler and more user-friendly than ever before.

After Le Méridien Frankfurt was transferred to the operational hotel management of EVENT Hotels as of 01/02/2021, The Cloud was entrusted with implementing the new WiFi and Conference-LAN. In the future, safety and hygiene will remain the highest priority at Le Méridien Frankfurt. This includes smart room adjustments, great flexibility in bookings and cancellations, establishing a safety and hygiene concept and the changed requirements of MICE customers for future-oriented event formats with new break concepts, digital helpers, and virtual and hybrid event formats.


We understand the challenges of digitisation and can point to a large number of successful references due to our many years of experience, for example by working with hotels in the Kempinski, Steigenberger and Marriott groups, Event Hotels and the Waldburg-Zeil Clinics.
