Accor is the largest French hotel group with more than 5,500 locations in around 100 countries. Its brand portfolio is very diverse, ranging from midscale and economy (Ibis, Mercure, Novotel, Adagio, etc.) to luxury and premium (Sofitel, Pullman, Raffles, MGallery, etc.).
Our shared history began in 2013, when Wifirst was selected by Accor to replace Orange in Mercure, Novotel, Pullman and MGallery hotels. 250 hotels were equipped in just three months! Three years later, Wifirst was listed as the sole WiFi, fibre optic and Chromecast partner for all of the group's brands. Since then, we have continued to work closely with our customers, using our tailor-made technological approach, which has won over Accor teams and franchisees in the digitalisation of their businesses.
From internet access to multimedia services, we offer our Accor franchisees a comprehensive connectivity solution. A single point of contact facilitates project management, problem solving and simplification of the chain of responsibility with a cross-industry presence that enables us to implement projects in an industrial manner.
Most hotels use separate networks to connect their various services (telephony, PMS, cameras and WiFi Guest), which leads to a very high volume of devices and maintenance difficulties. We offer all hoteliers the opportunity to optimise their telecommunications budget, their carbon footprint (up to 70% energy savings) and their operational performance with our unified network: a secure multi-service infrastructure that connects all digital services and devices for guests and staff.
